Shabakeh Afzar Company (SAC), as a Private Joint Stock Company (PJS), founded in 1992. The aim was to provide ICT total solutions and special services using new methodologies.
Shabakeh Afzar Company based to use expert people and the brand new devices in the ICT projects. So company became a reliable brand in the market providing reliable and diverse services and products.
As company’s board of directors belief on specialization and using experts , all personnel in the technical and engineering departments have international certifications in their job.

Shabakeh Afzar Company was founded in 1992 by Dr. Mahmoud Sharei and was managed by him until 2002
These activities are done in this period :
- Establishment of Training Department
- Being agent of “D-link”
- Being agent of “Micro Test”
- Production of rack and patch cored in the country
- Being agent of “Belden” and “3com”
- Establishment of “DONYAYEH SHABAKE ” (network world) stores
- Register Infilink brand name and start the product
- Production of CAT5, CAT3 and CAT5E cables in the country
- Running the first network projects using Novell technology in the country
- Founding the ”Afzar Pardaz” factory in Sirjan special economic zone
Shabakeh Afzar Company (SAC), was managed by Mr. Behnam Afshin during the years 2002 to 2007.
These activities are done in this period :
- Being agent of “Fluke Networks”
- Establish of the second branch of SAC in the UAE
- Being exclusive agent of “Infilink” in Iran
- Membership in the organization of the country's ICT-Guild-Organization
- Being exclusive agent of “Teklogix” (later acquired by Motorola , Zebra)
- Receive the country's technical and engineering certificate
Shabakeh Afzar Company (SAC) was managed and directed by Mr. Akbar Ahmadi from 2007 to 2012
These activities are done in this period :
- Being agent of “Altai”
- Increase projects in the form of SHAP ( SHabake Afzar Project )
- Organizing the existing projects
- Fulfillment of remaining commitments from old projects
- Initiation of extensive activities in “Information In Motion” , “AIDC” projects
- Running projects using “Fluke Networks” and “Teklogix” products
Shabakeh Afzar Company (SAC) from 2012 until now is managing by Mr. Peyman Zeinalinia and continues the path strongly
