Shabakeh Afzar Company (SAC) , based on its strategy and using its experience, financial capacity and skilled team , is running this huge project in five provinces of the country (“Tehran”, “Qazvin”, “Kurdistan”, “Chaharmahal VA Bakhtiari” and “Kohgiluyeh VA Boyer Ahmed”) is in charge.
