Due to the expertise and experience of experienced and specialized Shabakeh Afzar Company (SAC) personnel, after getting this project, the company started its work using TEMS software and a number of mobile phones with different SIM cards from different operators. In this project, we are considering two mobile phones for each operator (Irancell, Hamrah Aval and WLL), one to check the presence of the signal and the other to make a call to ensure communication. It done by teaming 110 groups of company’s personnel and locals. Company carried out the phases of check the communication status of the villages.
Communication status information included post offices, counters, landlines and mobile operators (2G, 3G, LTE).
Accordingly, by going to 62441 villages in all provinces of the country, communication and statistical information of the those villages were collected in the form of statistical forms,and driving tests on all rural roads and villages to investigate the coverage of mobile network in these areas. During the main operation, the facilities of radio and television networks were also checked.
