This Department were established in 2000, to provide solutions for collecting and processing data on the go. These solutions fill the gap between field and moving personnel. By using these solutions, mobile personnel have access to online information and their activities are recorded immediately. As a result, the need for various papers and worksheets to send and record information in office systems is eliminated. In these solutions Barcode and RFID is used to increase the speed, accuracy and automation of process . Using Active Tag and Rain RFID technologies enables and built the new systems such as RTLS ( Real Time Location Systems ).

Nowadays Handhelds, Tablets and Smartphones are widely used in companies and organizations. Although using this devices has a lot of benefits, also brings challenges that needs special attention. Due to the widespread use of them support, maintenance and install/update apps requires effort . In fact, supporting these type of are much different from legacy devices. Because handhelds and tablets are widely distributed throughout the city and even the country. As a result, updating and maintaining them requires recall which is impossible or so difficult and needs a lot of time and money.

Handhelds ( portable terminals ) are used, in asset management app, to record asset info and the owner of it ( the personnel ) and any changes happens during of those asset . Most importantly, asset management, Handhelds can be used for asset inventory.
Another usage of this system is to asset inventory using a Handheld. In this system, the asset manager first reads the tag of place using the RFID and then start scanning the tag of all assets . Handheld shows the details of assets and user has many option, which never be found in a legacy systems .Because of online nature of the system all beneficial can see and be aware of assets. Speed and accuracy of asset managing process is a special feature of this system.

Technical and Executive Department a Historical View
The founder of the company, a very skilled one with computer science background (United States University Degree) and the first CNE (Certificate Novell Engineer) in Iran after return to home established it in 1992.
The very first services of company, was design and implement LAN based on Novell operation system and Bus and Token Ring networks. There was a lot of projects , the Airline Offices Project and the United Nations Office Project are of those .
These services made Shabakeh Afzar Company (SAC) the educational center for Novell OS , Microsoft and LAN concepts in IRAN . Translate and localizing these context are another honors of this department
From the beginning , this part is the core service of company till now .
