Compulsory General ICT Services (USO) is a legal requirement, usually imposed on governments, to enable the use of a telecommunications, postal, and information technology service in any part of the country, in all regions.
This requirement is to ensure access to ICT services for all regions of the country, especially villages and remote areas to which the provision of these services is less economical.
Compulsory services of Mandatory General ICT Services (USO) made by Shabakeh Afzar Company :
• Provid home telephones and mobile phone coverage, internet access and fax for villages with 20 families and above
• Establishment of rural (ICT) offices for villages with 70 families and above
• Provide at least one public telephone for villages with less than 20 families
• USO Post Services in accordance based on the decisions of the Commission.
• Creating mobile phone coverage on rural roads;
• Providing public internet in public places of cities;
• Providing public telephones in public places of cities;
